    Have this setup with a secondary PC in my house. Have had it for about a month. Data connection to PC works perfectly, even for ubuntu/linux, treats it just like a laptop battery. No LCD/LED display on the unit itself, but for this price point it's not an issue for a simple UPS solution.

    I purchased this product after a power failure and my computers Master Book Record was destroyed. It was extremely easy to install, the associated application is very informative (battery time, status, voltage, etc.) I gave it an overall rating of Good because I haven't had another power failure yet, same for reliability due to not having a power failure to see exactly how it performs. I do know that the APC brand is the preferred one. I am extremely happy with my purchase and am confident it will perform as advertised.
