    Never had an issue with the APC brand of UPS. I've only "re-cycled" the failed units of the other guys.

    This product serves it's purpose. It kicks in right away with the back up and keeps all instruments going. Battery lasts about 3 yrs with low use.

    I've bought this brand over 10 times and I'm never disappointed in the longevity of the product. It does need to be replaced every few years, but it sure beats data loss or surge damages.

    Hey this was a good buy, not too expensive and seem to be doing its job well, no complaints. I could use a couple more plug spots but not really necessary. Over all a good value.
