This APC works well, I have had no issues with it yet. You need to go to the website if you want to load the monitoring software. I did not see that in the instructions.

The unit was incredibly easy to set up. Plugged it in, connected it to my Mac (via included USB cable) and turned it on. I made some minor adjustments to the power failure options in the Mac so that it will wait 15 minutes before turning the Mac off (plenty of time to shut down properly before running out of battery power) and it was good to go. The power has shut off half a dozen times since I installed the unit and it worked every time allowing me plenty of time to finish my work before shutting the Mac down properly.

A UPS is something you replace & forget about. With APC you don't have to worry about it doing what it is designed to do. Great products!

This is my third APC back-up battery. All of them did the jobs they were designed to achieve. I have been very satisfied with APC products.

Picked this up on sale to replace the previous one I had that went bad. APC is a great brand and the backups last quite a long time.

I have my network equipment connected and protected. The UPS provides the protection and power required to maintain my devices.

APC has always been my preferred UPS and is the only one I purchase for clients. I have found its surge protection to be superior.

I really can say it does what it says it does haven't had any problems I use it as a backup on my registers at my business.

Picked this up on sale when my old backup died. I haven't thought about it since I plugged it in. Good, reliable backup.

I purchased this unit for my satellite receiver which was having to restart every time the power flickered. Works great!

Works well, as all APC products do. Monitors daily electrical activity and keeps my computer running through brownouts etc.

I bought this to replace an older APC device. It was very easy to set up and it's very easy to use. I like the monitoring capability and the number of surge protected plugs - 4.

What can I say. It's a battery backup and they are found in every store. It does the job and kept the PC and monitor up for about 20ish minutes

This UPS is a good value despite being slightly more expensive than comparable CyberPower UPS options. I previously owned a CyberPower, which failed and almost shorted out, so I decided to try a different brand. I have been pleased with the change. One of the options I really like about this UPS is that the battery is replaceable. Most guidelines state you should retire a UPS after three years to ensure the operation of the battery. With this UPS I can simply replace the battery!

We have 75+ UPS units at our campus environment. I've tried other brands, but APC seems to be the most reliable.

I bought this item on sale, so I am pleased. I would recommend it if you are able to purchase it at a decent price.

Do yourself a favor and connect all your most sensitive electronic equipment to a UPS. You will be glad you did.

I've used APC devices for several years & would never consider buy anything else. A+++ in product reliability.
