I have had this battery backup for quite some time and it been trouble free with no battery change required. We have had no bid surges as far as I know of. We have had several power outages and backup has covered them.

This product is great. When and if the power goes out in the house, I have about 45 minutes to stop any work on my computer and back up any work completed before shutting down the computer before the power is gone for the day or whatever amt of time it remains without electric

Works so well I forget I have it until it's needed. Has saved me immensely during a few power outages.

This product really works. It’s something I feel every should have. I tried it multiple times, by turning my own power off and using it. Wanted to tested it out. It really do work and goes for hours. And that changes by how many things you have plugged into it. A awesome product to have. Enjoy

Our power goes out and we have multiple expensive computers and other items that can't have the power cut even for a moment. This gives you a little time to shut things down in case the power stays off. It works great for my music equipment.

Needed a new back up battery so I purchased a nawAPC battery to use with new computer.

So thanks to Corona, we work from home and now the likelyhood of blackouts is more than ever we need something to keep the internet up and running. Its expected to keep our home internet up and running for four hours. I feel we have some insurance in preparation for the next black out.

This surge protector is great. The area I live in is prone to power outage blips and this protector has kept all of my electrical products working. Specifically my wifi!!

Has functioned well to keep my computer going long enough to save my work and safely shut down during at least 4 power outages in the 3 weeks I've had it.

I have my security cameras along with my internet modem plugged to it.

I have been using APC backups for several years. Where I live the power intermittently goes out for several seconds every few months and having a backup power supply has been helpful in keeping the electronics and computers I have running. This unit is not as powerful as some of my other backups but works well with keeping power to my cable modem and cable tv box when I have these power glitches.

I buy APC because they are reliable and do the intended job as advertised. They last well, too. Over the years, I've had over a dozen of these and have yet to lose any connected electronics. Only concern is that this newer model no longer allows me to replace the battery myself.

Plenty of security, and enough time to power down the system. In the Southeast, there's always the hazard of lightning, along with frequent outages of sometimes unstable voltage. I bought an upgraded model to replace my old one, because I've never had a problem.

I purchase this to keep my work computer from shutting down from unexpected power outages/flickers. Works just as intended without any trouble. I haven't tested how long it will keep my electronics running, but I only need to keep my computer running until I can safely shut it down if power is still out. I like this form factor a lot better than the previous design since I can tuck this behind my desk or furniture and not have it stick out too much. Plenty of space for larger plugs. Certain plugs that go sideways will still get in the way of the other outlets tho. The newer models also have a silent mode which is really nice if you hate hearing constant beeping.

I bought this for my home office as we are prone to several power outages due to storm. I currently only have my laptop and cable modem connected. It can sustain power to these two devices for about an hour or so. It okay for the price.

Its great. It works well during the thunderstorm and power outages.

This is a awesome back up battery surge protector, we use it for our satellite TV service when the power goes out temporarily, no waiting for it to restart yay!
