This backup did not have the correct amount of power delivery for my computer. Do some research on you PC's power draw before buying.

Bought this to replace a previous one, and they moved the power cable location. Which just made routing the power cables to it awkward. Other than that, it has been working just fine and is a great product and priced right at Best Buy!

Battery worked well during a power outage, I had computer and printer connected to it.

I've used APC brand battery backups for years. They are the most reliable and last for years. 7 outlets is plenty to work with and the added USB charging port is a nice addition. Highly recommend this product.

Replaced a UPS that went bad. This one seems to be working fine. It is smaller in size than the one I replaced but has a higher VA. I like the smaller size. It is less cumbersome.

Great UPS. Easy to install. Would have like a couple more backup plugs and surge only plugs.

This is the go-to UPS to keep my ISP service up when I’m having power issues. I have it mounted to my garage wall with equipment plugged into it. I do wish it lasted more than 2 to 3 years, but I just replace it when it dies. I’m sure the humid conditions inside my garage don’t help. Good UPS for low power draw electronics, and it is mountable.

Purchased this APC unit to replace and older APC unit and l like the design and it's lightweight compared to the previous model. Excellent quality you come to expect from APC. I highly recommend it!!

I haven't had to use this in a true power outage yet, but i have tested it by unplugging the back-up from the wall. It has performed as expected, so I expect it to do the same during an outage. I wish more of the plugs were spaced out more due to bigger power plugs.

It works great for keeping my modem running. It kept me going when the power went down.

Im. using this product because of the sensible use of different size cord plugs . Extremely easy to charge and use. Feel much better I have something between my Pc, modems printers, etc .
