Replaced a 6 year old APC that went south. Needs a bit more room between ac plugs for wall warts. Note: The Power Cute software will give your all kinds of screwball errors and disconnects if you connect the USB cable to the UPS supply through a hub. It must go directly to the computer's USB 2.0 of 3.0 port. Supplied software is very good and informative. Easy to connect battery and easy set up. Nice unit!

These don't take up a lot of room and a more than enough to keep a PC running during a power outage. I have purchased several of these.

Bought this to replace an old APC 650 that is powering my network equipment. Figured for the price of a new battery for a 13 yr. old unit, I would just replace it. I liked the outlet spacing for power blocks since most everything connected to it has one. Too bad some of the company's need to rotate the blades on the power blocks that takes up two spaces. I had to buy some 3" power cords to get everything hooked up. I was going to get a smaller unit but it didn't have a user replaceable battery like this one. I really like it, owned APC for several decades and never one problem.

Bought this to protect laptop from power spikes and external drive from power loss. I operate software that reads large data files stored on external drive. I have had two power outages since installing this backup. It has performed as needed. It gave me plenty of time to exit the program, save my work, then disconnect the drive. Provided about 45 minutes of service to monitor while wrapping up the project for exit.

Back-Up Batteries are worth their weight in gold and this one is a solid choice. I've ordered APC back-up batteries for years through work and I highly recommend this model as it's less bulky than other options. It's 'slimmer' profile means I'm not tapping it with my work chair or feet (mine sits under my desk) and the outlet spacing on top leaves plenty of room for many of my bulkier plugs. Solid option during a brown or black-out, too, with continued usage long after the lights have gone out or flickered.

This unit does not provide much status information, but it is small, lightweight, and does not get hot like bigger units. It is also quiet. Good for small items. Probably too small for larger computers.

Was replacing a bulkier backup because no longer need as much power. Seems to be working fine so far. Old one lasted 9 years. Downside is I found out it did not have line conditioning after I bought it even though the Best Buy rep told me it did.

I bought 2 of these and they were super easy to install and setup. I've lost power a couple of times since and my computer has never shut down.

We have power issues in our neighborhood with dips in power around 16:00 or 17:00 during hot days. We don’t have ac. So, after losing tons of food as refrigerator didn’t run properly and would freeze up trying to recover, we tried this option. Working great! Get the alarm and can track when it happens. SDGE is next on our agenda. Thanks for the great deal on this battery backup!

This gives me a battery backup if the power goes out which gives me time to shut the computer down properly. It also protects my computer from power surges.

Need a new Battery back up for my office computer and this one is smaller in dimension than my previous. Works great

We have periodic brown/black outs. The battery back up and surge protector are great for protecting your equipment.

So far work as expected love being able to turn off the beep when you have a power outage or surge. It met the great reviews it received from other purchasers

I and my family have been using APC for our computer UPS since we started needing such a system. This unit is nice and small yet has the number of plugs and power requirement to be useful. Being new the plugs are a bit hard to set into at first, since then have become easier. Originally had me worried about breaking it, now a very nice assurance that my power plugs won't easily slip out.

On top of being a power surge and protect my equipment, it also has a battery backup which keeps all my equipment powered when the electricity goes out.

Love that this is so much smaller than my last one. Previously had a geek squad one that was huge and heavy. This is light and same amount of protection.

I was looking for something to back-up my audio equipment while having some outlet without battery coverage to power my laptop. While at the store I was between this unit and the BN450M model. The USB feature was nice but was not a decision maker. I am very happy I got this model. USB outlet is really handy and I can control my audio equipment by turning the unit ON/OFF without disrupting my laptop power supply which is always ON -- regardless the unit status. Very easy to use and it looks really handsome in my furniture. Highly recommended.

Small but reliable. I purchased it to power a Verizon network extender. It should keep it up for quite awhile in an outage
