Caught it on sale for $39. Got it for my security system to keep it up and running in case of power outage, on a test run I let it run for about 1.5 hours.

I needed a small UPS that could keep our television, Blu-ray player, and cable box going during short term power outages / "flickers". This has done the job quite well.

I have been using only APC battery backups for over 25 years. They are reliable and last for years! The new versions have USB charging!

Used to power plugin StraightTalk wireless home cellular phone, cordless phone and emergency medical alert system. Provided power needed during 1.5 hrs recent blackout.

APC gives you the battery backup and surge suppression in a clean small space. Alsolighter weight compared to the older APC units.

I needed backup battery but i have limited amount of floor space, and this one was perfect. It's just a little taller but its not short and fat like the others.

Compact and powerful enough for my TV during those short electrical loses. Keeps me from having to reprogramming every time the power goes out.

Great Product, Got a great price from Best Buy. I have owned a number of APC products and had zero problems. Purchased a competing brand UPS and it made my whole house smell like burnt paint. Returned it and been an APC customer ever since.

I like the tall and narrow footprint of this universal power supply. It takes up less space than the previous UPS leaving more room for my feet under the deskl.

Aside from fair price, the size of unit is very beneficial. Haven't had a power outage yet, so can't comment on length of battery in times of outage.

Great to have to protect my equipment. Using it for my security screen and so far have not lost any footage when I have lost power due to storms.

This UPS has all the features and benefits you need to protect your home computer. I have used APC products for some time and trust them to be very reliable

I have multiple of the batteries hooked up. The router keeps the internet going and I have them for the nest cameras. Keeps the power going.

I have had this battery back up for over a year and I have not had an issue. I don't ever think about it, so it must be doing its job well.

I recently experienced severe lighting week ago. By installing a surge protector and the APC Back up unit, I was well protected.

The main reason why I bouht this UPS is to wall mount it behind my flat acreen TV. It's thin enough to mount behind the TV when it's tilted downward, so no cords would be visible. Ideally, I'd sacrafice the wattage for a smaller size; but, it still works.

This is a great basic UPS for the home office to keep your computer and peripherals powered through brief power outages or protected from power surges. It has USB ports for directly charging portable electronics without an AC adapter, but it is only a 1.5A port which isn't enough current to charge larger phones and tablets. My favorite change with this design is the mounting holes on the back so that the UPS no longer has to take up floor or valuable shelf space. I only wish they included the screws and anchors for safely hanging the UPS on drywall/wood

Replaced similar unit from same manufacturer while waiting for new battery on old unit. Both are working fine today.

Reliable power is critical for computing systems. Computers and other devices are damaged by relatively minor fluctuations in the flow (think flickering lights, not just blackouts) and UPS devices correct power flow continuously. I find that APC has been the best brand: most reliable, best performance, good monitoring and reporting software, and best protection. This device is perfectly sized for providing long lasting support for a home network stack (modem, router, small switch) or a mid-sized desktop configuration.
