I like this back- up, it has more outlets for back up. I use it for my desk top computer, monitor, printer and router. I wouldn't be with a battery back-up.

I had one power failure so far…. Only lasted about 10mins… but the unit functioned as designed; I purchased 2 units for my network; they are slim in size; one is secluded under a small table to support FIOS power and the other sits on a shelf in a closet to support my router & Ethernet switch.

Nice backup use it for a tv and ps4,Xbox nice to know you are protected when a storm comes up when you are playing have time to shut everything down

This Backup UPS is a very good backup for the price. It has performed well and has supported multiple devices during momentary power losses and blips.

I have two big 1500’s protecting each of my iMacs, but I needed something that would protect and provide adequate back up power for my modem and router. Needed this since we are all working and schooling from home. As luck would have it, not even a week after installing this, we had a blackout that lasted 15 minutes. This APC performed flawlessly. Network, internet and WiFi stayed up the entire time. Calculating the load, this probably would have kept the internet along with the WiFi up just north of an hour. Plenty of time to finish and save what you are working on.

So far better it’s than the competition. No alarm sound when you lose AC power, which is an advantage for some, but annoying to others.

Great size and price/performance for this unit. I Like the compact size and orientation of the outlet is nice!

Perfect size for my home office. 9 outlets is more than enough for my computer monitor and even extra space for my fish tank to run off of it.

I really love the performance of it. Its battery life lasts longer than Cyber etc. The size of this one is very convenient.

I am glad that I purchased this battery back up! We have had several instances of extremely high winds, and we lost power, but my computer stayed on. I work from home, and I need my computer up and running, and this battery really helps when you have storms or high winds that cause power outages.

Great basic backup power unit. Enough to keep a computer and peripherals running long enough to get everything shut down properly in the event of a power outage. Good quality and brand reputation. I like the inclusion of a USB charging port as well.

Works exactly as you would expect! Plug and play. Last one lasted 10 years.

Purchased this back-up UPS for our TV and Audio System. We are on satellite so if power is lost (even for a very short time) it takes a few minutes for the satellite receiver to reboot and download the program guide. We have a whole house generator which comes on in about 30 seconds. During that period the TV is still operational with the UPS backup. The backup will operate the TV and other components for about 19 to 20 minutes. Plenty of time for the generator to take over. This was money well spent.

This UPS is a terrific replacement for my old APC 550 VA unit which finally stopped holding a charge. I really prefer the vertically oriented design to the older flat one. Having all the outlets in a single row versus the two smaller rows on opposite sides makes it easier for plugging adapters without losing an outlet. I particularly liked the new way to "activate" the battery with a single plug assembly versus opening the unit up and trying to plug the ground wire to the battery terminal. Much better design.

Bought as a replacement for my previous APC 900A unit which lasted 7 years with no issues. My desktop computer and other accessories have remained safe with this brand during power outages. This new model has a USB port which is a plus. I applaud Best Buy for next day delivery, great service.
