I really love the performance of it. Its battery life lasts longer than Cyber etc. The size of this one is very convenient.

Plug it in and forget it. Living room lights are now blackout resistant. A multi day blackout is still a problem but the common multi-hour blackout is solved

Purchased this back-up UPS for our TV and Audio System. We are on satellite so if power is lost (even for a very short time) it takes a few minutes for the satellite receiver to reboot and download the program guide. We have a whole house generator which comes on in about 30 seconds. During that period the TV is still operational with the UPS backup. The backup will operate the TV and other components for about 19 to 20 minutes. Plenty of time for the generator to take over. This was money well spent.

This UPS is a terrific replacement for my old APC 550 VA unit which finally stopped holding a charge. I really prefer the vertically oriented design to the older flat one. Having all the outlets in a single row versus the two smaller rows on opposite sides makes it easier for plugging adapters without losing an outlet. I particularly liked the new way to "activate" the battery with a single plug assembly versus opening the unit up and trying to plug the ground wire to the battery terminal. Much better design.

Works exactly as you would expect! Plug and play. Last one lasted 10 years.

I am glad that I purchased this battery back up! We have had several instances of extremely high winds, and we lost power, but my computer stayed on. I work from home, and I need my computer up and running, and this battery really helps when you have storms or high winds that cause power outages.

Has more battery plugs then others. I was able to get my whole desk on a backup.

It meets my needs. I was in a price range comparable with other battery back-up and surge protectors. It had the number of outlet which I needed for the technology products I have. The only feature I would have liked for it to have is the electrical cord would run from the right side of the device and you could choose which one you needed. That would depend on the electrical outlet compared to where you need to place the battery back-up and surge protector.

Great basic backup power unit. Enough to keep a computer and peripherals running long enough to get everything shut down properly in the event of a power outage. Good quality and brand reputation. I like the inclusion of a USB charging port as well.

I bought this Back-UPS recently and I really like it. It's a powerful one. It has 5 plug spaces for Battery and Surge and 3 additional Surge plug spaces, as well. It's the cat's meow among battery-UPS's. I highly recommend this one for sure to anyone who want to protect their computer, Wifi, Printer, etc. from power surges and outages.

So far better it’s than the competition. No alarm sound when you lose AC power, which is an advantage for some, but annoying to others.

This UPS was easy to set up and has worked flawlessly so far, with a couple of short power losses.
