My only complaint is that the outlets don't give you much room if you have any plugs that are even a little large so its hard to use all the plugs with things that have bulkier plugs like my router and modem.

I sadly had to return it because, the cord was too short! It was literally 10 inches shorter than my previous pack and would not reach the outlet.

Not easy setup

Straight out of the box chirps until you get it setup through software and charged. Other brands are easier to setup with simple plug into wall outlet

Bad implimentation for connecting battery
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Last time I bought one of these, to connect the battery you just opened the battery cover, attached the wires to the battery terminals, and closed the lid. Easy! Now you remove something that looks like a very large car fuse (a plastic part with two metal terminals), and shove it into a slot on the bottom of the battery. The first time I tried it was very hard to push this part in and the battery did not connect properly. It was very hard to pull the part out to try again and when I looked in the slot it looked like I had pushed the contacts into the battery. I tried again and it seemed to work (I did not get any flashing lights) but just three ir four weeks later the unit started flashing and beeping and indicated battery not connected or battery needed replacement. Money down the drain and unit niw going to recycle.

Not great for Brownouts

Doesn't even last 1 year. Warranty is a joke

The battery back up doesn't even provide enough power to cover an electricity current interruption for less than 2 seconds. If the power even flickers I don't have to reset the clock on my microwave but the computer loses power and I have to reboot. I tried going through APC to get warranty service and apparently the 3 year warranty will allow me to buy a replacement product at a discount but I couldn't get an SKU number from their drop down box so I couldn't even see what a replacement would cost me. If you want to buy this inferior product spring for geek squad so that you can return it to Best Buy when it quits working in a year and you can trade up to a better product.

Decent ups

It worked for maybe a couple hours but then started sounding an alarm. Now I can't sseem to get it to take even one item without it setting off the alarm. This is pretty disappointing because I have come to rely on APC UPS for quality and dependable functionality.

This UPS will only support 255 watts of equipment connected to it. Even one of the items that you are connecting to it could potentially overload especially if they draw over 255 watts.
