Time to replace my old APC unit - this one was on sale - as in the past, APC proves reliable and easy to configure. Even has "quiet" alarm setting if placed in a sensitive room. Love the new beep configurations. Highly recommended - check out similar models if you need higher wattage backup.

Love this thing. I bought it to use for my wifi router hub & modem at work. It's been flawless through a couple power outages and takes up very little space mounted to the wall in my electrical closet.

This product was easy to hook up and yesterday we had a power outage for a few seconds and my battery kept us frrom losing any work! I highly recommend getting one!

if you don't have one of these set up your modem and router to keep the internet alive when the power goes out, then you're missing out! easy to install once you push the very strong clip in the bottom.

This battery back-up is an extremely nice economical solution. I only have 1 PC which I needed to protect and my utility company is very stable. My electricity, however, sometimes will flicker causing my PC to shutdown. This is a basic device and just the right size. I also like the design.

Since I live in a rural area subject to power outages and surges, when my battery back up system died after 8 years I needed one quickly. The APC brand has always been reliable. This model is reasonably priced and not too large with lots of outlets. I've had it a while now and it has performed faultlessly.

We have frequent brief power outages in Central Florida. Already had a heavy duty APC backup for my entertainment set up and got this small one for my PC and wireless router. Easy set up and already been in use a couple times. Worked well.

This backup is very simple, easy to use. APC is a brand I go to for battery backups (based on history of using in IT departments I once oversaw). I've never been disappointed. Power does fluctuate for us and this product (and the similar APC BU's I've purchased) work just the way you want.

Bought it for $29, mainly to avoid modem and router reboots because short power outages. It was easy to setup, turned of all sound notifications and forgot about it. It doesn't have much features, but form me main one is enough keeps my equipment powered and protected.

I have a freeze alarm system that I can access by phone and it can call me also with warnings. It has a 9 Volt backup battery which does not last long when power goes down. I installed this backup system and no longer have to deal with the short 9 volt battery life. Works great.

I already had one of these batteries at work so purchasing this one was an easy buy. Works great and has already saved me a few times from losing my information. 4 battery/surge protection outlets and 2 surge protection outlets gives you plenty of room for your electronics. Definitely worth the money.

Headed a backup battery for surveillance cameras and employee recommended the one I purchased over a more expensive one. Appreciate the recommendation that saved me money and still got good product. Need couple more for computers and will go back to beat buy

Got this to keep the cable modem operating during short duration power outages. We seem to have many of them. It keeps the modem from having to reload and saves about ten minutes of down time per power outage.

After a surge blew some hdmi ports on my tv. I decided to by a battery backup. Now my electronics feels safe and im at peace. Nice black color hides very well. Plus my things stay on when the lights go out. Follow quick start instructions and you're good to go.

I bought this to protect my TV in the event of a power surge. A plus is that the unit will not shut off immediately but not protect the surge and give me time to shut off the TV eliminating any damage to the equipment. Good recommendation by the Best Buy associate

We bought and took home plugged it in. We then plugged the computer, modem and router into it. About 2 days later we lost power to the house and I was able to turn off everything before it did a power crash. This protects your PC and components from power surges.

Bought this item to protect valuable electronics in event of power failure or surge. Previously owned APC UPS that did the job for 10 years before it died. Hoping this one will last as long. Note that need to match the rating of the UPS to the power draw of the items connected to it.

We wished this had worked out, but it didn't have enough juice to supply back-up power for an automated self-cleaning cat litter box by CatGenie. It is quite bulky which was expected, but the beeping is fairly loud too. Best buy has a nice return policy so it was worth a shot particularly since it has 6 outlets with surge protection. We returned this knowing there are better yet more expensive options out there to meet our needs.

I needed a low power ups that could keep operating a cable modem, 8 port switch and a netgear arlo router. This works well and kept them running for more than 20 minutes. I would not use it for a computer or anything but low powered devices. Otherwise, it is a good ups.

This UPS works great for me and my tower PC. It has enough power ports for my needs. Although it does not have a replaceable battery or a port for communicating with APC software, that design makes it simple and carefree. This product does its job and does not require intervention from the user.
