I just purchased the product and haven’t had any power outages, so I can’t speak for the battery backup part of the product, but the quality is great. Works like a charm as a surge protector and I feel more at peace knowing my equipment is protected.

Got a great deal on Black Friday so i got two. Had APC before they work very well. Wasn't really concerned about replacing batteries because of the great deal. Easy set up. Ideal for protecting a computer, monitor and printer or tv and av equipment.

I purchased this for my mother's air compressor for COPD. One night the power went out and this was a big issue. This was on sale at the time and I thought it was a great idea. Have not needed it yet but great to know it is there and ready to go.

Working great. Our power keeps flickering on/off when the wind picks up which kicks everything off and everything has to boot up again. when it boots up the power goes out again. so I got this to connect our modem and routers too, so far great!

I have thousands of dollars worth of stuff plugged into here and I feel sage about it. It is a little bulky, but it just sits in the entertainment center. Haven't had a power outage yet, but I'm excited to be getting WiFi while my power is out

This was the right price for the right Backup. I didn't need a super strong backup, just one that worked for a short amount of time. Our location is prone to energy spikes and short outages so a battery backup us a necessity not a luxury.

Small footprint, good spacing for different sized plugs, quiet operation and also the all-important key ability to turn off the beeps warning of battery backup status (if desired)...

I had been looking for a good backup for my cable modem and disk system. Along came a bargain from Best Buy - less than anyone else , Well known manufacturer -and in stock. Installation was very easy and wouldn't you know in 24 hours after I installed the two APC units -the power went out for 45 minutes. Result wifi and drive access from my laptop. An excellent "Best" Buy.

Purchased this to protect two NAS devices. Appears to work perfectly, though hasn't been triggered yet. (Yeah, one could unplug it to test, but it's APC, don't really see the need) nice and compact. Got it on sale at an excellent price

If you are looking at this battery back up system then you might as well stop. This will handle what most buyers will need to handle and then some. Very easy to setup and use. Unboxing hookup was done in minutes. Big fan of APC!!!

My previous back up battery went dead...as it went beyond its normal age and I went to Best Buy to check on their products and decided to downsize and buy this product. I really like it! It's enough to fill my needs...plain and simple.

Excellent device for protecting your equipment. I own several Back-UPS to protect my home computer, televisions, game systems, etc. Keep things running during a power outage and gives your time to shut your equipment down properly.

We have had only one glitch in our power since we bought the unit.. It happened when we wern't around. So, all I can say is that the computer booted and worked OK. It is kind of hard to assess something you never want to use.

Excellent UPS unit. I have had many of the different APC UPS units. If I have a problem, I contact the APC tech support and always had excellent results. Love the APC brand as I have had others and found that APC is the best.

I initially bought this for my gaming pc rig but soon realized that it was no where powerful enough to serve as a backup. So, I decided to hook my PS4 up to this instead and I cannot complain. If you didn't already know this, having any gaming console, TV, or computer plugged in directly to your wall socket is dangerous during storms/rainy seasons, or any time you are at risk of power outages. I plug my 43 inch flat screen and PS4 into this thing in case the power goes out in my house and I risk having them fried. I bought this during Black Friday/Cyber Week a couple of years ago for about $40 after taxes so I can't complain. It did happen once when the power to my entire neighborhood went out and this thing kept my PS4 and TV on long enough for me to power them off safely. I would 100% recommend this device to anyone interested in protecting their electronics. My only suggestion is do your homework before buying one. I had a 600Watt Power Supply Unit in my computer and this is a 450V surge protector. The 2 didn't go well together, but my PS4 and TV combo works.

This is not my first APC unit. However, I started to use them for my home automation, hubs, cameras, network extension. I'm now looking for one that can handle my garage door. Great price and reliable! Highly recommended.

My only complaint is there is no LAN protection on this surge protector. The older models for the same price had LAN in and out ports for surges through the ethernet lines. But other than that, this is a great APC.

Easy setup and install. No issues. The only small complaint is the spacing of the ac plugs. If you have power cords that have a side orientation, it can be a challenge to get multiple devices pluggged into this.

Pretty good ups for under $60. Saved me through a couple storms. Wish the sockets were further apart or could rotate to accommodate oversized plus adaptors.

I purchased a robot vacuum cleaner form Best Buy about a year ago and it works great except when we loose power it looses it start memory time and has to be reset, but now with the backup unit problem solved.
