Needed something to keep my cable modem/router and network drives constantly powered. With all the devices I have connected it was important for me to have my router not reboot after a power outage

This was a replacement for an older version Backup UPS350 and it has been a very good deal. Its less bulky and therefore lighter. Very beautiful aesthetically. The alarm beep is also much softer than the older version.

I needed a UPS in a smaller form factor and was pleased to find a name brand unit on Best Buy's website that met my criteria. Bonus was it happened to be on sale at the time. I'm reducing a five star product by one star due to the fact the battery is not intended to be user replaceable. I haven't opened it up, but I'll assume this is a disposable unit.

This is a very basic UPS without many perks. CONS: There are no USB ports for power, no management ports for monitoring, and the battery does not appear to be replaceable. The battery connection is a very thin cable on the bottom of the unit, unlike most other APC devices. Power output (run time) is limited. PROS: APC made it easy to disable the audible alert (beeping) when it switches to battery power. Outlets are well spaced. This UPS was reasonably priced. Warranty is three years. I am using this to maintain power for a cable modem, access point, and a small 5 port switch. Buying this product was cheaper than a replacement battery for the APC I had performing the same role. I expect the battery to just outlast the warranty period.

I would recommend this backup for standard suppression and redundancy. If considering for more expensive equipment you my want the the 650 instead for more surge suppression

We spend a lot on technology and this is a great way to protect them from surges. The battery also gives me peace of mind that I can have access to help through my internet if my power goes out.

Moving to VOIP from a landline took some preparation and this was one piece to keep it powered up. The software was used to initially set up the device, but it running solo maximized for ooma.

Using as backup for wireless routers. Plugged in and charged before connecting, then used it to walk the routers where I placed them without having to restart the router. Made setting those up way easier. Resetting a mesh network after a power outage doesn’t seem fun, so the backup should help.

Anyone who has a computer or sensitive electronic equipment needs to have a good battery backup - not only for surge protection, but to give you time to shut down in the event of a power outage. This does just that!

Practical and easy to use device to allow back-up power for about an hour for home routers or alternatively, to charge phone. Also, allows for automatic switch-over to battery should home power go down.

I've had APC units for many years. They've saved my systems and my files during a few severe storms. Bought a new one after moving. Won't have computers, routers, etc. plugged in without a UPS.

Should have bought this a long time ago for my work computers and printer. Works perfect and have helped with frequent power cut we experience

We occasionally lose power and I no longer have a laptop so I needed something to protect my desktop computer for power outages. It’s small but sufficient and even has extra outlets and surge protection!

This UPS provides more than enough power for my granddaughter's computer. She has some electrical problems in her home and this keeps it from shutting her computer off abruptly when the breaker trips.

We have a lot of power flickering in our neighborhood and these little guys made the electronics stay on. We put these on an Xbox One, cable tv box, and a small pc. Problem solved!

Once I hooked up my computer and printer to this battery back-up, I haven't thought about it. I feel secure knowing I will have time to shut everything down should the power go out for an extended period of time.

Great UPS, charged it 24 hrs, then unplugged it to test it out. Battery lasted little over an hour before it began beeping for low power with just my modem and router. I was able to silence the beeps with the power button but just push quickly once, otherwise you might shut it down which I think is flaw that needs to be addressed.

Works as one would expect. no surprises good or bad. What I like about it are the dimensions, narrower and a little taller than my prior one. Fits much more snugly up against the wall and out of the way.

I love these! I own several. They are great for when the electricity hiccups...or goes off. Gives me time to shut computers and stuff down without data loss.

Perfect for surge protection and back up power in case of outage. This was highly recommended for my business and it works perfectly! I am very happy with my purchase.
