I had to have an uninterruptible power supply for my son. It did what it was supposed to when it was supposed to. I never lost power long enough to find out how long it would take to completely run out out of power with a 16 watt drain plugged in so no help there. Sorry. Good product no complaints.

really good Battery-back-up-and-surge-protector-Very reliable and lasts a long time

I bought this to back up my desktop at work. The power would blip frequently and turn my desktop off. Installed for several months now and computer has not turned off one time. Great time saver.

We just purchased a high end Sony Television, 930D, 65 inch, 4K. We use this to filter power drops and surges. It does a super job and protects the high end electronics that are plugged into it.

A Cyberpower UPS failed after 2 years, so I replaced with APC, which seems to last longer. I have at least 6 UPS's in 2 locations, and need to replace them once they quit working.

bought this to run my own security system in my house runs my computer/router and all my devices that i use to protect my home.

Work as describe was able to plugin my router and modem to the battery backup outlets and the two surge protected outlets for my Sonos speakers so far it work pretty good,

power "blinks" here a lot so I bought it to stop "blinks" so TV wouldn't have to reboot every time power blinked. Still having same trouble,so it has not helped with that.

REPLACEMENT FOR A OLDER UNIT, AFTER CONNECTING INTERNAL BATTERY PLUG INTO OUTLET, TURN ON AN CHARGE OVER NIGHT BEFORE PLUGGING IN LOAD. GOOD PRODUCT

I have two of these units. I take them with me and use them on jobsites for motorsports use. I have to be able to depend on consistent power and this model does the job.

APC is the industry leader for a reason and this product is an example. We were able to purchase this at a good price when on sale at Best Buy, so it was very worthwhile.

Exactly as advertised. We had power drop and we were able to still have internet till power came back on. Excellent value.

Works great - this review is roughly one month in to the use of this model. Note that this review is for two of these, purchased and installed simultaneously.

Bought this unit as a replacement for a larger unit that had stopped working. I was better off buying a new unit than replacing the old batteries. Unit is just right for our desktop, printer and gateway. It’s too soon to rate for reliability since the unit is new. Very easy to set up.

I bought this UPS because I have so many smart devices in my home. This unit fits nicely under the bed to power my lamps so that if we have an outage, we still have lights for a while. I like the compact design and the spacing seems good for adapters. I just wish we had more battery power.

I have bought approximate 10 APC back-up systems and they last for years. The are great back ups for servers, laptops and desk top computers, and wifi systems.

Works like advertised with a better build quality that the previous generation model. Price point was great, and Best Buy service and help was very helpful..that's why I keep coming back.

Since it is a battery backup, I won't know if it works until the power goes out. I am using it on a 10 needle embroidery machine hoping it will take me to the end of a design if I lose power.

It is a very good product and gives me peace of mind every time the power goes out by preventing my equipment from receiving such a strong electrical charge

Good workstation grade UPS. However, I do miss the USB interface that would provide a data connection to an app on the computer that would provide historical electrical event data. The USB would also let an app know how much power was left on the battery and shut the computer done if the battery was low.
