I have a lot of APC/Schneider Electric UPS equipment. I’m using this for my TV area, eliminated a lot of cable clutter, and I feel better when I’m doing firmware updates, as I don’t have to worry about power loss bricking things. Trivially easy to set up and use.

I needed a new UPS to keep our phones and networking running. Also needed to be easy to mute. This one fit the bill.

Works exactly as expected. Was easily installed. Only difficulty was that the plug in area seems to be on the opposit side from where we wanted it.

This is the second one I have purchased. Very pleased, happy to have when the summer storms start!

Bought the Back-UPS 450VA as an uninterruptible back-up systems for my network equipment. It has performed well with absolutely no issues.

Been buying these for a while and they are solid and have had no trouble setting it up. Has so far worked every time there was a power failure.

Great size and value this battery back-up unit is ideal for the college dorm, your home computer or to protect your television and set-top box.

Simple but effective for giving a few minutes to safely shut devices off in the event of an outage. Not for larger electrical items.

Unit is a good basic model, however, does not do everything it says. The audio alerts do not seem to work as the manual says. Since there is only one button it says everything is controlled via that--but so far only thing we have seen is the on/off action. The audio alert (beeps) on/off (mute) does not seem to happen at all, but maybe we are missing some tight time frame on that control functionality. Either way is either difficult to use or doesn't function as listed. Otherwise unit seems to work well. Is a strong drawback that it does not have the USB connection to send shutdown alerts, etc. Make sure you are going to be using it on devices that don't care if they are suddenly powered off (network switch, router, charging, etc.).

this product comes with 4 plugs on the battery backup/surge section and only 2 surge only plugs. preferred the older models that had more.

It is a life saver and very good for the price. There was a power outage last week and it have us time to save the work done and turn off the computer.

I purchased this for my gaming LCD since I don’t want to use my 1500va UPS for my PC and monitor, I’d rather have a separate UPS for both.

The outlets could be arranged a little differently or with a little more space between them. If you are plugging in items with adapters, there is not enough room to plug any 2 adapters side by side. Other than that it works great and does what it's supposed to do.

I use this APC power backup for some of my home security camera’s and it works great..the size is easy to place where ever you want..

This is a good replacement to my old UPS that the battery died and it was not worth to replace the battery. It was more cost efficient to buy this new one.
