The purchase price was good. So far we haven't had to use charger. But it is peace of mind to know that if we lose our electricity, we have a way to charge our phones, computers or tablets.

Unit is a good basic model, however, does not do everything it says. The audio alerts do not seem to work as the manual says. Since there is only one button it says everything is controlled via that--but so far only thing we have seen is the on/off action. The audio alert (beeps) on/off (mute) does not seem to happen at all, but maybe we are missing some tight time frame on that control functionality. Either way is either difficult to use or doesn't function as listed. Otherwise unit seems to work well. Is a strong drawback that it does not have the USB connection to send shutdown alerts, etc. Make sure you are going to be using it on devices that don't care if they are suddenly powered off (network switch, router, charging, etc.).

The outlets could be arranged a little differently or with a little more space between them. If you are plugging in items with adapters, there is not enough room to plug any 2 adapters side by side. Other than that it works great and does what it's supposed to do.

So far unit is running great as expected, a little weary about the design of the soft touch power button if gets flattened or worn out?

After whole year of use still very happy. 9 products connected and 3 power fluctuations and still running strong. No overheating or buzzing sound.

This is a good replacement to my old UPS that the battery died and it was not worth to replace the battery. It was more cost efficient to buy this new one.

I don't know how long they last, but this has been there for us when the lights flicker and my computer stays on.

I purchased this to back-up my home network. It runs my router and two network switches. The last time my power was out for just over two hours and this thing kept up and did its job well.

This APC battery backup is very good when the power goes out and you can save your information in time before you lose all of your data.

My larger APC Battery Back-Up Battery died, so needed a quick solution, so bought this one as a back-up and it's going great.

This backup Holds a lot, therefore, we shouldn't need another one for a while, we have lots of pictures of our kids and grandkids that are precious to us

This is the fourth of these I purchased. They work great to provide temporary power for my routers and modems until my generator kicks in.

I have my television and lamp plugged into this. I use it for power outages. It works great. I bought another one for my mom.

Has not failed, Apc UPS’s are build to last Have not had any issues, its protecting an older dell poweredge server.

I've used APC brand UPS in the past with success and this is the same quality. It's smaller in size which I like for where I am placing it.
