The Cyberpower had 4 battery/surge and 4 surge only while this UPS has 4 battery/surge and two surge only. Not a big deal but worth noting.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn't notice when I grabbed 3 of these in a rush that they didn't have USB connections to trigger a shutdown on the computer they're attached to. If you aren't using a computer with this or don't care, this is a great UPS. But, if you're intent is to connect a PC to this, get a more expensive model with a connection to your computer that will allow your computer to safely shut itself down when the battery reaches a critical low. Without that your computer is just going to die, unsafely, if you're not around to do it manually when this battery dies.

Posted .Thank you for taking the time to review our UPS. I apologize that the smaller 450VA unit don't come with the USB port to provide a graceful shutdown. The reasoning behind it is the unit is designed to connect to smaller equipment like your modem and router. If you do need the graceful shutdown you can go up to the BN650M1 and it would come with the port to connect to the UPS.

Haven't had any power outage or anything of that nature so can't comment on how well it performs. Will comment later if anything happens.
