    if you want a universal power supply yhat has a lot of bells and whisels this one is not for you. if you want a (ups)that works, is cheap, and will save you money on smoked equipment this one could be the one you want

    nice if you plan to connect a few gadgets that don't consume much power, I like that it also includes separate sockets for non battery usage (surge protector only)

    Easier to put this unit in a better location with its thinner design. As is typical, large adaptors will cover multiple plugs so it is best to buy some mini 3prong extension cords to solve that issue.

    This back-up battery was recommended by a technician and luckily we haven’t needed to use it yet. But it looks like it will provide backup to our computer & TV for a few hours when the power goes out.
