Had an old model fail on me, this was an inexpensive replacement. Smaller battery but I really just use these to prevent losing work due to power glitch. Ideally should shut down the computer immediately when the power goes out.

Got this battery to keep the wifi running during a power outage. The modem doesn't draw too much power, so this should keep it running for 30 minutes or more. If the outage lasts longer than that, then it's not the Wifi I'm concerned about.

We had a thunderstorm last week, losing power multiple times within sn hour. I coukd hear the device, TV and Internet connection, turning back on eith each short outage.

Device works as intended , out of thr box , i havent had the chance ( thankfully ) to be with no power to tell you how long it will last, but it really does protect against power surges

We have a whole home generator but when/if we lose power it takes several seconds before the generator kicks on to power the house. I purchased this mainly to keep power to my internet/wifi/router until the generator kicks on.

Great for a small office backup. I have computer/modem/router plugged into it. Lost power twice and it held up good for 45 minutes

My modem and router are in 2 different rooms. I've always had APC surge on both but only UPS on the router. With recent storms, I've upgraded to this for the modem.

We've been having surges and outages, and got this based on previous reviews and ratings. It shipped undamaged, it's easy to figure out (defaults set); and I'm not a person who likes to read instructions, so browsing them was enough and worked fine for me.

This product was exactly as advertised. I was really. Tired of every time having a power outage, waiting for my router to reboot. Still disrupts the router without an item like this. The price was right to solve a problem. That irritated me for quite some time.

This is the second one of these I have purchased. First one lasted almost five years. Works well for keeping the router and gateway running on my home network. So no worries about losing power and the smart home goes dead. Very simple yet effective UPS. Only downside is that the battery is not replaceable. Other than that works great.

Cant go wrong with APC units! Not a lot to say about this other than my last one went like 6 years without a battery needing to be replaced which is amazing!

I like the back up because the area has a lot of energy blips and it help keep my computer and copier up and usable.

this product is an excellent way to keep lightning from damaging computers or other electrical equipment plus power surges from the electric lines.

Works as expected. Had many of these over the years. Prevents electronics from shutting off during routing surges and outtages. This is a small one so want to keep that in mind for what you hook up to it.

Easy to use and set up, the only downside to this, is I wish it had a usb connection so I can use APC's software to shut my pc down automatically when it does switch to the battery backup
