I'm glad I bought this, I had a power surge 1 week after I hooked up my new 4K TV and Dish receiver. The whole house went down except for the connected equipment. I hate waiting for the dish to reboot. It saved my investment, definitely worth buying.

Works perfectly. During power outages you don’t have to wait for your computer to reboot. Or it gives you time to shut things down. And save what you need. We’re not do without it

i bought this backup system because my old one died, its better in every way, better design, same ammount of spaces to plug stuff, but with a better alignment. more freedom to connect electronics without them getting in the way of each other.

I use a lot of APC here at work as one of the IT guys and like the ones we purchase, it just works. Plug in your items and go. I have a TV and DVR unit and it allows a graceful shutdown, if I know we're having power issues.

A very inexpensive backup good for protecting anything small. In Florida you always have surges, Brown puts and kiss of power. The line voltage is dirty and in summer there are storms every day so why not protect your investment.

this battery backup gives you the option to run your tv or cable or internet through a momentary glitch in power failure during weather... It also protects and gives $$$ in the event of equipment being damaged plugged into this device

Not a large battery backup, but it works as expected. Will keep PC and three monitors on long enough in the event of a power outage that I can shut them off safely

Have an office that constantly has power outages. Previous IT staff did not provide a UPS. PCs were going down constantly causing corruption to the OS. These helped while the power was out to give users time to shutdown when needed.

I am using this UPS for my modem and wireless router and it has kept us online during a few blackouts now. It has also resolved a few issues that devices were having when the modem and router would lose power.

This APC - Back-UPS 450VA Battery Back-Up System is made by a very good company. All of my back-ups are APC. They are reliable and last a good long time. Quite cost effective for protecting from surges, spikes and lightening strikes.

I bought 3 of these to manage p/s to my home network, entertainment/communication/security systems. Only needed a buffer to cover the 10 second delay when my generator kicks in when the grid goes down. Never had any issue with APC products of which I've owned many different products they sell over many years.

Bought this because we get so many quick power outages living in the mountains and it does exactly what intended to do. We use this one for our TV and Satellite DVR and prevents a 20 minute reboot time. Would highly recommend it!

We have frequent power issues at our house, and have lost our router in the past, so I needed a ups that could power the modem and router that was too big in size to fit on a shelf to protect units, this purchase was perfect.

I purchased this particular model due to limited installation space. We have experienced several brief power outages recently and so far the unit has not failed to keep everything going until the power was restored.

I like APC ups, I purchased this one to charge my phones during hurricane Irma, it also helped me to use internet connection when I turned it on. It has decent battery life considering it's 450va, now I'm using it for my CCTV ip cameras.

I got this UPS to use in my car for connecting an electric neck and shoulder massager I got in Christmas, while I was driving from Houston to Miami. The UPS worked fantastic and delivered power any time I wanted to use the massager.

So far so good with this thing. Have my router and modem hooked up to this so if we lose power we still have internet. So far it has done a good job of keep everything running!

The APC-UPS 450VA is exactly what I was looking for. The electric power in our area fluctuates often during the hot summer months and I wanted a safe connection to a new monitor that’s ON most of the time.

I'm using it to back up my cpap machine and a couple of devices on my nightstand. During a couple of recent power "blinks" and blackouts, my devices never saw an issue, and their clocks never saw an issue.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Have had a number of power outages over the last several months and this keep my internet modem, magic jack, and computer running with no problems for several hours till regular power came back on.
