Bought this unit as a replacement for a larger unit that had stopped working. I was better off buying a new unit than replacing the old batteries. Unit is just right for our desktop, printer and gateway. It’s too soon to rate for reliability since the unit is new. Very easy to set up.

It works the few times I have had to rely on it. Don't wait until you need it.

I bought this UPS because I have so many smart devices in my home. This unit fits nicely under the bed to power my lamps so that if we have an outage, we still have lights for a while. I like the compact design and the spacing seems good for adapters. I just wish we had more battery power.

Using this UPS for both surge suppression and to keep my smart TV up during this momentary power glitches we have out in the country. It is doing a great job.

APC has been around for many years and has a good reputation for providing battery back-up and surge protection. I wouldn't spend my money on any other brand.

Good workstation grade UPS. However, I do miss the USB interface that would provide a data connection to an app on the computer that would provide historical electrical event data. The USB would also let an app know how much power was left on the battery and shut the computer done if the battery was low.

I own 2 of these units and love them. I have had to replace the battery on my old unit but it keep right on working. The only bad point about this unit is that the plug ins are too close together. With newer phones and computers coming with bigger plug ins they could have made them wider.

Bought this to keep my servers up and running during storm busts that we frequently get in our area. Have not disappointed me yet. Would buy again.

APC products have been a great source of power backup and surge protection. I have used them for years with few issues until they finally die. Will purchase them in the future.

I usually go with APC all the time when purchasing a UPS for myself or customers. I like the new design because it's upright versus flat on the floor which takes up less space.

If all you need is a low wattage UPS, this is the one to get. I love how the plugs are designed. Takes up way less space than the ones that lay flat. APC is high quality as well.

I purchased this battery backup to protect my sewing machine in Costa Rica where the electricity fluctuates. I have used it for only a month and has worked great so far.

I find anything behind a battery back up seems to stay working. With the late summer storms we have been having this is a must. Kind of like an insurance policy.

This works wonderfully. Never lose phone or wifi when generator goes since I have fiber optics. I installed it myself , EASY

A UPS Backup is a must in the area of the country we live in. I have tried several most more expensive than this brand but none work as well. Highly recommend

I work remotely and have my host on this back up. Power went out as a result of Hurricane Michael while I was on the road. 4 hour battery life kept me working.

Bought to add additional outlets and protection for electronic devises; the size is excellent. It is able to fit into a small area and provide the needed outlets.

I have a love/hate relationship with battery back-ups because they're mostly clunky, ugly and noisy. But this one is none of those things! It was also a great deal on sale.

This was enough to cover my 850w PC, two 27' Dell monitors, my modem and router for about 20 minutes. Enough time to shut everything down to prevent damage.

We use these for computer backup in our office, in case the power goes out, we have some time to finish what we were doing.
