I was in need of a small battery backup to keep my modem/router and workstation up during intermittent power outages. This fit the bill and has worked well.

while taking my exam for college the house lost power but I didn't which was great! i finished the exam few minutes later and was glad for the battery.

The many plugs that I had for my desktop computer and music were too much for not having a reputable component in case of lighting, this fits perfect.

This is my 3rd apc backup first one lasted 10 years I have 1 for my computer one for my modem and router and one for my cpap great product if the power goes out

We gave so much lighting in Orlando and I have a security system and internet that I need to be constantly on so this gives me a little piece of mind.

I use it in an office and it has been of great use. Had a few power outages and was able to finish working and turned off the computer safely.

With all the power surges and outages we have in our area it is our preference to have all of our major electronics on these battery back up devices. They are great !

I replaced an older model with this unit. I was happy with the old unit until the battery wore out. was more cost effective to replace the unit than the battery.

Work in IT and have been exposed to APC devices most of my career. This device operates as expected as long as used within its design specs. I have had no problems with the two of them I bought. They turn immediately when there is a power disruption. These are no-frills units that work as expected.

Great UPS purchased from Best Buy to use for a 4K TV. I bought this to protect my investment. APC is a trusted name and Best Buy will price-match.

This is a good battery to use in your home or small office. This is good for keeping your computing hardware running during a storm with small brownouts and power surges. This battery is not going to keep you running long during a full power outage. You can run long enough to shutdown safely.

I was a little worried that the new standup design of the UPS would not work as well under my desk but I found I liked that it could be against the baseboard and not take as much space under the desk. The 450va will keep my PC running during the occasional power fluxes we get here.

I've had this for a while and it's been really helpful when the power goes out so I have time to save things or check the weather for how bad a storm may be in the area. There is also space for large plugs and normal plugs so it's possible to make use of all outlets.

Worked really well recently had a power outage it lasted for at least two hours that I know of. No lag no power loss.

It is small, please be sure that it is enough for what you intend to use it with. With that being said, it’s a perfect little unit that does it’s job. Love it!

APC UPS units are always great, dependable and useful. Perfect timing as Irma hit Orlando. Good footprint and heard it beep as our power drained during the storm.
