This is my second APC Surge Protector. Bought first one from Best Buy a couple of years ago to protect a desktop & audio equipment lived in area with frequent power outages.) When set up a second office bought exact same one. It's compact enough to fit nicely under desk and has plenty of outlets. Can even attach it to the wall if want.

I have used APC ups units for many years with complete satisfaction. This unit is for one of our phone lines for which Verizon just switched to a fiber optic feed line from copper and so now it requires a battery backup. Verizon had supplied a laughable unit which required twelve 'D" cells.

Super easy to set up, love the compact size, easier to place behind my desk than a standard upright UPS

This product is so far performing very well. We have one major objection to this purchase. We ordered two of these on a sale and only one arrived from Best Buy. The other was on its way until Best Buy returned and refunded the second one. When we checked back the cost had gone up. Pleased with the product but disappointed with the supplier.

Live in PR with the constant power outages this battery back up is a champ for the price has a great withstand low power , surge spikes and random outages.

Meets my need for surge protection and battery backup, wish the outlets were spaced or angled differently, had to be creative with AC adaptors, even though small, they could not fit side by side.

We bought this to replace a much older one that had worked hard enough. Unplug one and plug in another. Perfect fit.

As a gamer, I know how important your console is to you. Trust me when I say, it's worth investing in an outlet battery backup and surge protector to keep your PS4 or Xbox One safe from the inevitable power outages that are sure to happen at some point throughout the year. The product has been quite reliable for me so far with its compact size, which was another huge plus for my older Sony TV that doesn't have much room.

GREAT item for the price. “Bang for the buck” UPS. It even identified a fault in the house wiring which we are asking the landlord to address.

These UPS are so simple to use. There's a very straightforward battery connection for you to make on the bottom of the device, then you just plug it in the wall and plug in your protected equipment. We just had a power outage this week and i was in the middle of a Teams call. My computer and the router were protected and i was able to just continue my call. No interruption. Works great.

I had a much more expensive model of the same brand, but it reset every time there was a power surge. I’m sure the battery in the existing unit was old. This new UPS was cheaper but is working flawlessly and has already survived numerous power surges without any issues. Would recommend.

Great product! I had a few power downs in this last month and this guy allowed us to stay online and working (I work from home). I recommend it
