This system works great! We like it's looks along with it's functionality. It supports two computers, two monitors and a 5.1 sound system.

Good UPS with pure sine wave. Has plenty of plugs for gear. Only nit is the top lighted APC logo cannot be turned off and it is BRIGHT.

Great piece of equipment for my post production editing setup. I love the green light glow that it emits as well. Piece of mind that my expensive gear is protected by this back-up.

The biggest reason I wanted a battery backup for my gaming setup is to keep my PlayStation in sleep mode whenever there is a power outage. Every time before now there would be even the slightest brown-out, it would complain afterward that I hadn’t shut it down properly and do the sometimes-lengthy storage repair process. This APC fully solves that problem for me. Not only that, but I have tested it while running my PS5, Series X, and 65” 4K TV simultaneously and unplugged power to see how it would handle keeping things on while on battery. I am pleased to say that it was as if nothing had changed. The only way I’d have known the power was out was obviously it was my fault and the APC was beeping periodically letting me know it was on battery backup power. Plugging it back in caused it to immediately transition back to 120V and resume normal operation. My devices were none the wiser. Gladly it operates exactly as advertised, keeping my gaming setup powered on in the event of an outage. If I had been gaming I would have had well over 30 min of battery allowing me to save progress and shut things down properly until power was restored. More than enough time to ensure everything goes smoothly. I am also using it to provide surge protection for my various chargers, headsets, Nintendo Switch, and network equipment. The 10 plugs are plenty for just about any setup. It has RGB lights that can be cycled between 12 colors, and either left on or turned off entirely. The info screen is large and informative; and remains off unless there is new information to display such as a change in power status or load on the battery. It looks pretty sleek compared with other battery backups I have seen in the past, and almost demands to be seen. I have it placed just to the side of my entertainment center where I can see the screen at a glance and easily access the rear for plugging in new things if need be. Overall, I am impressed with this device, it is useful, looks nice, and works exactly as it should. The only question I have is how long the battery will be able to maintain a useful charge. Hopefully it will be years before I find out the answer to that. If you are a gamer and want the best for protecting your gear, this APC is worth a look.

UPS seems solid, dual battery setup tells me it means business. The arctic white looks great next to my PS5. Take away a star because of the APC software and the lack of display options.

Works great and easy to setup. The back LED is very bright so if you put it in a dark room it will somewhat light it up.

I had a sinewave cyberpower that lasted 6 years, purchased this to replace that faulty unit. The screen is sharper than other UPS which is nice. Early units did have issues with the firmware causing units to fail. The one best buy shipped looked like a newer version and hopefully last at least 5 years. I went with this since APC warranty support is better than CyberPower if I need to use it. Also like that its all matte black and not glossy.

I only had mine 3 on for 3 days before I woke up one morning to a constant ring noise. I held the power button to reset it and it basically blew up on the inside, shot out a big spark, cloud of smoke and ended its own life. I unplugged everything, (thank God it didn't short out my $5k computer and $1k monitor). When the thing was working it never went over 60% on the load when I had it running a pretty intensive game, so I'm not sure what pushed this thing to the death but I'll be returning and staying away from it. Who knows what would've happened if it blew up when I was sleeping or not home.

It works like it’s supposed to! No issues to this point and very happy with the purchase.

Seems to work as advertised. Surge protection and battery backup both tested ok, both in test and real events. The lighting feature is kind of gimmicky, but it looks nice. You can cycle through several color choices and options. I have used several APC UPS products over the years. They seem to work well, but at a premium price. Personally, I'd wait for a sale.
