I've had this for about 5 months now to provide battery backup for a gaming PC. Due to demand, it generally reports only 15-20 minutes of power available, but that is more than enough to allow you wait out a short outage or at least exit whatever you're playing and shut the computer down gracefully. It has saved me on a couple occasions where the electricity cut out for a couple seconds at a time.

We have frequent power surges and unfortunately it has ruined some electronics. We bought this and it definitely does what it is supposed to. I like that it tells you if the power went out. It's very heavy and sturdy. Our last one lasted us about 7 years so hopefully this will go for a long time too. Easy to set up.

Protects my development pc, work laptop, personal laptop, 3 monitors, Xbox One X, and business inkjet printer. Barely shows a load and we had a power outage recently for a brief 3 minutes and it kept all my devices functioning with no issues. I also have another one of these units protecting my Big Screen TV. Highly Recommend.

I purchased the apc back ups pro battery backup for my wife whom works from home.After having our power go out due to a lightning strike a few months ago and subsequently losing our Wi-Fi router in the process.I decided she needed a powerful backup/surge protection.Haven't had an incident since I bought the apc 2 months ago but feel secure in knowing that it will do it's job...

I was able to get a dream system to just play with and without a backup power source and YES SURGE PROTECTION I might as well have just thrown my money away BUT I do have the system and enjoy playing without the nasty surprise of black/brown outs or forgot to pay the electric bill.

Tried many other UPSs from other brands but just keep coming back to APC UPSs. They may be a bit more costly but they are more durable and don't have as many problems handling the many brownouts my town has. Other brands end up failing after so many brownouts but APC just keeps on going. Trustworthy and reliable, that's all I need.

The battery back-up works great! Easy to install and no issues

Excellent capacity, easy to install and setup at a good price.

The display is easy to read and navigate through the various status screens. What I like best is that after a few minutes the screen goes to sleep with just the green power button lit. When the power goes out the screen comes alive and immediately informs you of how much time is remaining before all battery power is exhausted.

I've used APC ups's for years. I've never had an issue and will continue to purchase as needed. The first one I bought 10 years ago still works fine. I keep thinking it will need a replacement batter soon but still holds it's charge. I expect this new one to work as well.

I have used most of the available brand names in the UPS market, including tripp lite, cyberpower, belkin, etc and have had the best luck with APC. All of my most important devices are protected by APC power backups. This device has proven to be another winner.

So far it's kicked in every time my power has gone out. No work lost. Quiet and reliable. It's big and heavy but it powers my iMac in a power failure for the time it takes to shut down without a hitch. Why more can you say? Let's see how long it lasts.

I bought two of these and used them as a battery backup to a security system. Between the two of theM I get hours of backup. I also noticed that my equipment is less finicky. I am not sure but it could be the device keeping a steady electrical flow. No spikes in voltage.

Thought I would require the bigger system for protecting my systems and routers but this works great. Get between 45 and 60 minutes of power and it has saved me hours of work many times. Actually purchased 2 units so I now also protect the big screen TV and audio/video equipment.

Great back-up system. Keeps the necessary items powered up for long enough to finish your jobs. Be sure to connect it directly to the computer, added programs can even shut down the system if necessary.
