I used this to replace an older discontinued model and have been very happy with it's performance. I also use the software that lets it shutdown a PC and it works like a charm.

My power goes out a lot, but now I have one of these for my modem and one for my gaming set up... lights go out and I just keep playing! And this thing lasts a while during power out!

This has saved our behinds a few times with power flickers in a church media setting. We hook our soundboard, imac, light board etc all through this ups.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this unit was compared to the Cyberpower APC model that I had been ordering. It is a excellent product and has nice features like the LCD screen and USB port.

Compact size, number of outlets, along with protection and backup offered with this unit was the perfect combination to use for the server in my small business.

For the price, it does a lot and works great with my Mac. What I like is the USB-C and USB port for charging. I didn't think I would use it much, but it is actually handy!

I have been using APC Backup UPS units for many years and haven't had any issues with a total of four UPS Backup units purchased durring the last 14 years. This unit has the EMI and RFI noise filtering technology and it works!! When I run the washing machine, a light not plugged into the UPS unit pulsates and drives me nuts. When I plug the light into the unit, it no longer pulsates :) This just proves that the EMI and RFI noise filtering really works. Plus the LED screen monitoring of events and watt usage is real handy.

Of course the folks in my local Best Buy were great as usual ! I got the basic Arlo two camera system. Very easy setup. App is pretty fool proof. All good here.

Great replacement for an old unit that was starting to fail. Provides a safe and easy way to protect computer equipment from power surges and power outages.

The UPS was very easy to setup, especially using Apple iOS. It works well with near instantaneous switchover. This UPS does sometimes have a high pitched whine to it that can become annoying in a quiet room. This whine is the only downside so far.

Very easy. Plug and play. Handles my computer easily if a power outage happens. Best Buy price was most reasonable.

When an older APC unit started beeping due to a failed battery, it was time to get a replacement. I looked at some of the cheaper APC units and they apparently don't have replaceable batteries anymore. This unit fit the bill and seems to work well so far. The reason why I required a replaceable battery is I have since repaired the other unit with new batteries and put it right back in service. No reason to throw out perfectly working devices if they can be repaired.

This thing works and does what it needs to do. It works great for rolling power surges and works for about 20-30 min with a POS system and it’s compontents

My other battery backup stopped working and I replaced it with this one. I like that it sits upright taking up less space than if it laid flat on the floor.
