BB replaced the defective product at no time flatPosted
I received the first unit which appears someone has already opened it before and returned it because it was defective. I unpack this first unit and spent 20 minutes setting it up and troubleshoot it and deem it as defective also. I contacted BB support and got a replacement with in a week, and UPS came to pick up the defective unit soon afterwards. It was the easiest return / replacement I ever experienced, but I just wish I have a bit more notice. The replacement unit appears to be working for 3 weeks now, but I have not yet experienced a power failure yet. I hope the defective unit is a one off unit, and it is not a norm.
