This one replaces the one I bought back in approximately 2010. I got a battery failure error during our last power blip, and so I figured it was time for a new one. These devices also provide a conditioned source of power, eliminating the risks of voltage fluctuations (especially now that I live in Las Vegas) and keeping my computers safe. I also bought one for my 3D printers which claim to tolerate power outages, but if you’ve ever tested that theory you’d see that sometimes you get print failures, or at least a very visible “print line,” when the power comes back and they try to resume printing. I can’t recommend a better UPS brand, and in particular this 1550VA model, for most any residential equipment power and protection needs.

Great for battery back up on video surveillance cameras.

I purchased this APC—Back-UPS Pro BN 1500VA, 10 Outlets, 2 USB Charging Ports, AVR, LCD Interface—Black last year to protect the computer equipment in my office. The display showing the line voltage is a plus. One day, the voltage shown was too high, and I suspected a problem with the power factor, which meant the whole neighborhood was being charged for power not received. I contacted Duke Energy, which fixed the problem.

Works well, easy to set up. Protects me from evil brown outside.

I have used APC Backups for several years and found them to be easy to set up and reliable to operate. That is why when it was time to upgrade my current backup system, I selected the Back-UPS Pro 1500 for my home system/

This has given me so much peace of mind after investing so much money into a gaming PC setup. We've had several power outages in my city and my electronics have been unaffected due to this backup battery.

This is my second APC UPS, highly recommended. We have very short power interruptions sometimes, so this solved our issues with our home internet setup and some other electronics. Performs great, and has a bunch of outlets on the back (both surge and surge+battery).

Works the way it should. Not really much more to say but Best Buy requires at least 50 characters.

Power went out recently for approx two hours while away and it worked flawlessly. Utilizing it for home router and separate mesh wifi system to maintain uninterrupted home security. Exterior Nest cams already have built in battery backup. This setup enabled me to not lose any security coverage on my residence while I was away. Otherwise, I would have lost all coverage. Worked as expected for my application. Recommend.

So basically everything related to my computer is connected to this battery. The LCD is very convenient as it tells you how much battery is left depending on the amount of electronics connected. I even have my modem connected which it has been a life saver at the moments I have lost electricity.

It stopped my GPU from frequently crashing, which I have been trying to find a solution to for months.

Great unit for surges. 2 batteries in case of outages for kast minute saves. This unit also told me my wiring has no ground saving me from a potential fire or shortage.

Bought this to replace similar capacity Cyberpower UPS that has somehow failed after only a few years. This unit works as expected and provides a few more power outlets. I really like the spaced outlets for larger "brick" power plugs without having to use short pigtail extension cords. So far, so good.

Built a new gaming computer. Power went out when I was using it. Power them came on and off a few times. Computer took a very long time to restart. Scarred me. Went to Best Buy and now protected. Easy to set up. Easy to use software. Would recommend.

Works great, like seeing my power output and having my wifi not go down if the power goes out

Great option for a home office or gaming setup. I have 2 of these right now and they work great. They both flip to battery very quickly and have never failed to continue to provide power to anything plugged into it. Lots of power outlets and extremely easy to setup and use.

I have a full desktop setup with important external drives. It gives plenty of backup battery power and can hibernate my system. A+

Well built and provides protection from power surges and failures. All sensitive electronics should have this type of protection, and this UPS delivers well.

APC is a well known vendor in the ups field, this is a must for a home office or any gamer with hard earned money invested in their hardware. it has save my bacon many times when we lost power, The UPS flawlessly took the load and allowed me to shut down properly after saving the work i was doing. IT also took the load with ease when the power was flickering and kept any spikes from damaging my hardware/

Purchased as a replacement, so far so good, and we lost power for a day & a half
