It's a nice device that was easy to use and setup. One thing that was annoying, which is a general iOS issue, is I couldn't get the device to connect to my ac signal that shares a name with my n signal. I also had an issue setting up another iOS feature that was difficult to diagnose on the ipad. Besides that, the device worked just fine and was simple running for my mother to use.

Bought this for my 82 year old mother for Christmas ad it was easy to set up for her and she is a pro at using it with little instruction. Highly recommend this product for seniors.

Best purchase I have made. It works great it is so easy to set up and use. So worth the money. Bought the open box to save money and it came in perfect condition brand new.

I purchased my iPad back in May it took longer for it to be delivered, but now that I have it, its great. Easy access to anything I need. Better than using the smart phone.

Not the most advanced iPad but you can't beat the price. If you are looking for an entry level iPad just to surf the internet and view media, this is really the optimal device.

Purchased this for my 8 year old to do school work and browse YouTube kids. It’s great for kids and has timer settings. I would recommend a case in case it falls.

Got this tablet for my Mom for Christmas pairs well with her iPhone. Most importantly it is faster than the most android tablets in that price point. Mom is definitely happy with it.

Bought this for my mom and dad. They can navigate and use this I pad better than their computer. They love it even print from it. Price was good and it came within three days.

I picked this up on holiday sale so that I could Facetime with grandchildren very easily. This is working great! I'm not sure I would have 'synced' with some existing Samsung items since it did use up some memory space very quickly. I'm used to the added memory afforded by the sd cards that fit into my Samsung items. And I miss the "close all open apps" feature that is a swipe away on my phone.

BOUGHT THIS FOR MY DAD FOR EASE OF USE. HE LOVES IT AND IS ABLE TO NAVIGATE WITHOUT EXTRA ICONS AND FEATURES, BUT THEY ARE AVAILABLE AS WELL. LOVE APPLE PRODUCTS.

I gave this as a gift. The recipient enjoys it and uses it daily for email, web surfing, iMessages and streaming services. Very intuitive and easy to use.

Got this iPad on sale for $250. This beast is blazing fast and the option to uses the Smart Keyboard is a bonus. My daughter loves this thing and never puts it down. Love it.

I love this iPad. Works just as it should. If you’re familiar with the Apple ecosystem then this will be no problem. Wish I had gotten more storage space though. But that’s my fault.

My Apple mini was great but not compatible with the Apple pen. I upgraded to a larger screen and Apple pen compatibility. I ordered online and it was delivered to my door!

My son uses this for the online portion of his home schooling. The battery lasts a good amount of time and he can easily navigate with it.

Everything about this tablet is perfect - the size, the features, the graphics, etc. Delivery from Best Buy was surprisingly quick, without having to pay anything extra.

It’s an iPad and it’s hard to go wrong with them. This one is bigger than previous generations on the plain iPad. It’s still great and still powerful for an entry level iPad.
