    I love this IPAD!! It does everything you need and more, i use it mostly for online classes and i bought an apple pencil to go with it and it pairs with ease and have had zero problems with its compatibility with the ipad :) its awesome for graphic design and digital art as well as being compatible with Microsoft office!! I would recommend to everyone

    The device is very good but unfortunately it is Apple - meaning if you need support when something goes wrong you may as well forget it - they can't help you. They do not know how to use their knowledge base, they have NO authority to vary from their script and they just won't escalate an issue. Their support service is as bad as most were in the early to mid 90's. So that said, good luck with your device. I hope you never need Apple's help.
