    My daughter in college needed a new laptop. She wanted an iPad instead. I was skeptical as to whether it would fulfill her class needs(thinking not all software would be available to run on an iPad but she reminded me that most of their work is done on online platforms so not much software is needed anymore. She loves it. We bought the keypad with it which is highly recommended if you're going to use for school and taking notes...
