This item rplaced a "really" old IPAD that was still chugging along. Now I'm spoiled with the responsiveness. Many more apps built into it as well. Hopefully I will get the longevity from this one as well. And I got it on sell for $249. which isn't bad either.

I literally love this iPad! It was an upgrade from having the iPad 6th generation, which was starting to fail on me. But this one is pretty good and I like how the screen size is a bit bigger, but not too big. It gives me room to put it in my purse when going places.

I bought this on sale and as a gift for my little sister. She's used to a small ipod but I wanted to get her something bigger to watch things on and play games with. She seems to like it very muhc. It's a good size and doesn't lag. So far so good! Would recommend :)

This is the first tablet I have ever owned for myself. Very glad I went with this one. Couldn’t be happier with the tablet itself, but I will say that the free trend micro virus protection it came with has been a big hassle trying to setup. Other than that I love it.

Although I am a dedicated android user, this iPad has been awesome! And Best Buy was extremely convenient and the people working there were great! Are usually shop at the Tualatin location but ended up getting this down in Salem and everyone was fantastic and helpful!

I brought this Ipad during thanksgiving sale and I must say that The new iPad 9.7 is designed to deliver the best of Apple’s at a more affordable price, the best features are its larger display, support for Apple's Smart Keyboard, and Apple Pencil must say it is a great tablet.

Bought this IPad on sale for my daughter and she loves it! The camera is nice and the ease of being able to operate it! The iTunes Store is loaded with lots of movies, games, and music just to list a few. Tablet is very lightweight and fast when it comes to downloads.

If you can get an iPad on sale I would definitely recommend them over any other tablet on the market. I’ve had several different generation iPads and continue to upgrade when needed. Great for streaming videos and with the new powerful processors I can almost replace my laptop.

My first IPad and I love it. It’s very user friendly. The screen has great clarity and easy to to view no matter which way you hold it. It has incredibly fast speed. Also is a great multi functional tool for me and my small business. Just another incredible product from Apple.

My mother had an iPad 2 and refused to upgrade. I bought this as a surprise gift for her and she loved how sharp and clear the images and text were. She uses this all the time and enjoys that it is slimmer than previous models, yet packs a bunch of technology within!

Arrived exactly as presented and works perfectly. Bought it for my mother, stuck in a nursing home during the pandemic, so she had something larger than her iphone to play around on and facetime. She loves it and I think I'm gonna give them as xmas gifts this year.

Bought this for college and it is great for taking notes as you can just use the Apple Pencil and write just like on paper but also be able to attach picture or diagrams of the stuff you need for your notes to study

I have bought several of these for my business and you can not beat the price for this size Apple iPad. If you dont need tons of memory you cant go wrong with this model and the picture quality is awesome!!!

This is great IPAD for 1st time owners or as a replacement. It is easy to use. Keyboard layout is a little different. You have to know to press the shift key to get a comma, period or exclamation. However this is just a small extra step. Recommend it highly.

This iPad does everything well! I needed to be able to Zoom and get email and get on the internet on a portable device and this is it! I highly recommend this to anyone who has wanted a new iPad and has been putting off buying it. Buy it today! Best Buy is the Best!

The iPad itself has a slim & sleek design to it that I find absolutely stunning. Yet, there is a software issue with the dock sometimes disappearing so I would have to restart the device to get it back. It is not much of a big issue now though as this only happened about twice ever since I bought it. Other than that, my next topic would be the cameras. Even though the display is amazing, I feel that the cameras themselves aren't as powerful as the iPhone 8's cameras in terms of detail capture & option to use flash on the back camera.

bought this for our grandson at Christmas, it is a great size ,fast, efficient and works very well. I’m thinking of picking up another one for myself.

Bought one of these iPads for my mom who is not tech savvy but apple makes their devices extremely user friendly so she has no problems! Came shipped to my home and the box was in PERFECT condition. Best Buy even emailed me asking if I had questions about the product. Kudos.

Love Apple products, they are very high quality and worth the investment. I would give it 5 stars but its 2020 and these come with 32gb of storage. With so many varoius HD files these days, that will get used up fast, that being said you don't buy these for taking pictures anyway so I guess that's the trade off. Bought this for the wife for Mother's Day and she was very happy! She had an Apple mini that was so outdated most of her apps would not update so I upgraded her! Oh, and if you have kids get the Apple Care, it's definitely worth it!

I love my ipad so much. I wanted to mainly use it for school and now I am using it for drawing. I was debating upon getting this or splurging a bit for the pro series but to save some money I got this one. It serves its duty and provides me with all my basic needs.
