This was an open box purchase. Everything was included and the tablet works great. I am very pleased with the functionality of this iPad and the ease to set it up for my use.

Got this new release on the day it came out. Looks just like the old one but you can feel the improvements. Camera is much better too. Processes video for a me a lot faster now.

So far, it's doing everything we expected. The price was great, but you'll need to add on a warranty, screen protector, case/stand, and we needed the pencil ($100) too.

Bought this as a replacement for my 92 year old mother. She loves the new model. it is easier for her to read. it was easy to transfer all the apps from her previous one.
