    All in all this is a good purchase. I gave it a 4 star rating because it was kinky trying to transfer my data from my iPhone. Error message that it was not compatible. Only a small portion transferred of my info transferred as expected (yes I used the same Apple id). Most of my apps had to be airdropped or re-downloaded manually. So that took some time but if you go to the App Store and click on your purchases you can download all your apps one at a time from there. I’ve only had it a couple days at the time of this review.

    I found that after2or3days after becoming familiar with the workings of the iPad it became very familiar to use. This is now being fun to use. Tech support is worth e purchasing if you feel technically uncomfortable .
