New ipad

Was set up and ready to go within my 20 minute time frame. He was very helpful and explained everything he was doing. I missed the email about my first visit to have my old iPad looked at. It was not fixable and a shout out to Aaron. He was very nice trying to fix it and apologetic when he couldn’t. Helped me get a new one ordered and set up the appointment to get it set up.

Great unit for the money

How bizarre! This iPad fits my needs for shopping, internet searches, and playing puzzle games. I didn't need a lot of memory (got the 256GB) and it was on sale which are 2 reasons I bought it. The battery life and display are great. I don't use the camera so I can't speak about it's quality. This is basically a toy and it works well for that purpose.

With 256gb and improved screen resolution, he'll be happy for a long time. He'll be thrilled to have an iPad that is truly his and I can't wait to watch him open his gift on Christmas morning. In addition, I found a great price for Black Friday/Cyber Monday.

Battery life is amazing. Screen display is very clear. It’s an iPad…great product…not much left to say. In terms of customer service…Customer service was amazing at the purchase location (Gateway mall). Sales representative understood my needs and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Thank you!
