my ipad 2nd gen needed upgraded. this was an excellent choice.

I love this Ipad works perfectly fine and works wonders for what I use it for which is school work.

Best gift to a student with a bright future. Very excited to see how my daughter will use this for her classroom homework.

Great iPad for a person high in age to be able to stream event, FaceTime, iMessage, and more. There is no difference between the iPads, iPhones, or iMacs OS so it’s very easy user friendly and they all work together.

I purchased this iPad because my previous iPad, which I need for work (psychotherapist), was failing to process Notes properly. Also, because the new one was on sale. Inevitably, I stumbled in not realizing that neither Best Buy nor most retail stores offer direct phone contact anymore. Still, when I came in you had it in stock, albeit shelved, and the purchase was made. I have had more irksome issues with Apple. Attempting to migrate between iPads through iCloud was a bit of a disaster. Let me just add that I prefer Best Buy's policy of simply not accepting calls to Apple's supposed AppleCare, which seems to be hiring unqualified people with no tech-support background beyond working through Systems Preferences, etc. I should add, I'm 77 years old, and can remember better days in both tech and retail environments. My main challenge now is to integrate my iPad with a MacBook Pro M1 Computer I bought several years ago at Best Buy in Ithaca NY. I was a geek squad member there; someone was supposed to come to my house and help me integrate my devices, however, he let me know on the day we picked that he had forgotten that the Daytona 500 was running and would have to get back to me. I canceled my geek squad membership, with significant resistance from Citibank (again, no phone calls accepted). In summary, the iPad I bought recently from Best Buy seems to work. While I understand that the entire retail environment is in decline, I still wish I could find support for integrating the iPad with the MacBook (and the phone, an older MacBook, and so on). I now live in Rochester –if per chance I win this lottery, I would spend it all a visit from a competent, qualified tech-support person to help integrate my home office tech environment. (e.g., can't add Apple photos to this site).

I ordered online for in store pickup and the iPad was ready when I got there. No wait. Good price and just what I wanted

Bought this for my wife to replace a much older iPad that no longer supported some of her apps. The larger display was a big plus and the clarity and brilliance was great. Moving her stuff from the old iPad to the new one was relatively easy. It was a big hit!

Well. The time had come. My gen1 iPad Air was just unable to keep up with the constant iOS upgrades so now it’s this one. I’m not a big fan of the “improvements” in actual use. I miss the side switch and a few other things. I AM pleased with my new iPad. Things work again that were struggling and of course there’s nothing like that fresh new battery.

This ‘open box’ generation 9 (latest model) was shipped to me and arrived exactly as stated. I was impressed with this product upon opening it and have been pleased with every aspect of it’s operation. The functions and related keys are easy to facilitate. I haven’t yet have had the need to explore everything this device is capable of, but I am certain that I won’t be dissatisfied.

This is my second time purchasing an Ipad. I purchased this for my 8 year old and she is enjoying it. Very easy to set up and navigate. I would purchase again and would also recommend it to others.

Bought to replace 5th generation iPad that wasn’t connecting reliably to power supply any more. Fifth generation is its final 6 months of update coverage. This 9th generation should be good for another 4 years at least. Good to have 256gb as my old 5th has 128gb and was half filled already.

I like Apple products. I am particularly fond of Apple iPads. The full size iPad is just the right size to put in my purse while still being large enough to be able to read and comfortably view the details on each screen. The clarity and color are marvelous. The images are sharp and crisp; the colors are bold and vibrant. For people with excellent vision, the mini iPad would be better but my near point vision is that nearly as good as it was 40-50 years ago so I appreciate the size of the iPad I purchased. Bonus: it syncs with my iPhone.

This iPad Model 9 does all that I need, as well as a Model 10, or Pro, would and does it at lower cost. What it lacks, feature wise, I don’t need. This item functions well, and presents no problems. It replaces a 64GB 9.7” iPad Pro I’ve had for years. The extra memory of this new unit will come in handy.

Got a great open-box deal. It was an extra early bday gift for my daughter. Couldn’t pass up the deal, specially for the 256G. Other than the sticker saying “open box” there wasn’t any other signs of use or wear. Also, got the Apple Pencil, and of course, got apple care.
