The device is very fast, responsive, with a fantastic display. Transferring everything from my older iPad to this new one was simple and executed flawlessly.

Hubby's favorite. He actually has the lastest IPad with the 12 inch screen. The bigger one is very heavy. Plus the "button" at the bottom of the screen has been removed. He prefers the smaller one much more.

Great tablet, with amazing display. Only downside is I wish Apple offered a model with a hard drive bigger than 256 gigs. I believe the Pro and mini both do, but I don’t need the extra power of the pro and wanted a bigger screen than the mini.

Perfect for my use case. We don't always need the latest and greatest generation of a product. Always consider prior gen of anything and save a little $$.

I bought the refurbished model and looked brand new, works like a champ, for 399.00 with 256GB storage. I shouldn’t run out of storage in this one.

My iPad was getting a little long in the tooth, so I decided to upgrade. I did not make a mistake, it is much faster with much better wifi performance.

Best Buy had the best price for this Apple 9th generation iPad. I would have rated the purchase with 5 stars if they had a useable tradein procedure that would allow you to copy data from my old iPad to the new iPad. When I went to pick up the new iPad they would not honor the tradein unless I turned over the old iPad at the same time I took possesion of the new iPad.. The only options provided to be able to copy the data was for me to do it then in the store or to hire the Geek squad to do the copy/install. I decided not to trade it in, but to do the copy/install at home. I can’t think of many times that you would not want to copy the apps and data from your old iPad when trading it in for a new one.

It’s been over a year now and this still works well! Glad we went this route to get my kiddo a new iPad. Definitely saved us money!

New Dell laptop and Ipad, which both have met my expectations so far. Obviously getting use to navigating both devices since i'm not very tech savvy. Kudos to the Geek squad for their patients and expertise in helping me set up the laptop.
