    First let me say, Great customer service. The employees are really helpful and the pickup process is really quick. The item was for my son. He enjoys it and it’s an upgrade from his generation 5.

    Bought this iPad for my daughter who is turning 7 yrs old. This product is easy to set up and use. Downloading apps is a breeze. Best Buy was the only location to actually have this product in stock!

    Needed a new IPad after years of holding on to a second generation one that was only good for FaceTime. So far so good. Definitely notice a clearer picture when FaceTiming

    Great for the price. Battery live great, easy to transfer from other iPad and iPhone . Over all it was great. Very fast loading and bringing up apps. Would definitely recommend the product.

    Love the new iPad. My only disappointment is I specifically wanted the iPad to be used with Osmo for my grandson. My old iPad had a screen so badly damaged it was no longer working. I have Invested a few hundred dollars in Osmo games and now I can't use them. Praying the Osmo people get their act together quickly and it would be nice if the Apple people could give venders a little heads up about new equipment. COMMUNICATION PEOPLE!

    I wanted the cheaper model but it was sold out. My kids bought this model and I love it. I use it all the time. It’s easier to use then my big desktop computer. I can take it anywhere I want.
