Upgraded from 7th to 9th generation. No regrets. The black border is a bit of an adjustment as all my ipads were white border. Still learning new features. Purchased on sale

Got this one to replace my older model because the screen shattered and was slow, best purchase I've made wish I had done it sooner, charges fast and it's sleeker than my older model.

I do not consider any other brand other than Apple. I found out that I have less trouble with it. It has better security and they’re easy to use. About 20 something years ago I got my first tablet. It was apple and when I replaced it it’s been Apple. This one is just another one and a long line of Apple replacements. Only reason just felt like getting a new one because the other one was around five or six years old and still going. You can’t beat apple.

It is a good size. Easy to use and syncs with other Apple products like your iPhone. Screen is very clear and the speed is more than adequate. 256GB size allows lots of downloads of movies and TV shows for the road.

Great iPad, used by my 14 year old who can use it to watch videos and look things up for school. Has all the functionality he needs and is holding up well to the wear and tear he puts on it. Easier for him to use than sharing a laptop with the family. Definitely a good buy for us.

Everything runs so well. I got this iPad for college to help save some wear and tear on my laptop and its perfect. so portable but runs so fast.

The ipad is an excellent product. fast operationally ande clear pictures. I highly recommend purchasing any electronics from Best Buy. They are aways prompt and the sales staff is knowledgeable.

I really like having more memory (256GB). The screen is brighter and colors are more vibrant. A big change from my previous Gen 3 to now Gen 9.

The customer service was outstanding, especially when I struggled to decide on which iPad to purchase. The salesperson went above and beyond to assist me in making the right choice. Now, I'm looking forward to returning to Best Buy to acquire an Apple Pencil to complement my fantastic iPad purchase.

It's what you'd expect to get from Apple. It's easy to use and has a good battery life. I've been using iPad's for as long as I can remember. I highly recommend this product.

I got this for my son school homework and it is really fast and I love Mac because is really easy to used

For an entry level iPad I found that the features are perfect for the average user. This 9th generation iPad is the older style with the “forehead and chin “ borders but it has all of the essentials and the 256 GB storage option at the price that I paid can’t be beat!!

I am very pleased with this new iPad. The battery holds a charge for a long time. And, now I have plenty of memory to do what I want to do without deleting apps, photos and videos regularly.

Have had multiple iPads over the years and have to say Apple just keep improving them. Similar footprint but larger screen area and much quicker overall in performance.

Love the lightweight of this iPad. Much clearer than my old ipad. Display is very clear. I am still exploring features.
