Customer service was great in helping me with change over from old iPad to new. I bought from Best Buy because of trade-in given for old iPad. I got a great deal on new iPad with trade-in & sale price. Went from 64 to 256GB so no worries about space.

Improvement over iPad Mini 5 / Has the Home button

She was too frustrated with the swipe up issues. Overall, she enjoys it as it is more responsive than her iPad Mini 5 was, with the newer processor. She's very happy with her decision.

This is probably the fourth one I’ve had since the first came out I leave one at home one at my house in Arizona and I take one on vacation and I leave one as a spare under my bed. This is the biggest and fastest one I’ve owned yet I would recommend it to anybody

I received it in just 3 days and it was in excellent condition. I received notifications and helps in order for me to enjoy the product more fully. It Could Be Called Twins

I bought it for my grandson because my granddaughter had the exact same one that she plays on. My goal was for them both have the same exact one so that there would be no arguments over who has what because they would have the same exact thing. Problem solved!
