It’s a little different than my old one but I’ll learn. The service gentleman was nice to work with. I just wish I could’ve seen what was wrong with my old one. It seems to work and then it doesn’t work then it works and then it doesn’t work. I believe it’s something minor and major but they convinced me to purchase a new one.

If you get a keyboard with it, which is a must, then working on airplanes becomes a breeze. It's easy to pull out when walking the floor on a work visit and easily manuever to show people vs. hauling a laptop.
