The worst buy from Best Buy. I purchased two IPads ,both IPads came in and had writing on the boxes in a black magic marker. The Ipads were supposed to be a present. Now I have two IPads that I will be embarrassed to gift due to the writing in the box. Why would there be writing on the box?? These were not refurbished IPads and Best Buy will not exchange them. I paid for new products not for damage caused by one of their employees. Very upset and disappointed. Will not be purchasing anything in the future from this company. Also I called the customer service and asked to speak with a manager and I was told that he was preoccupied and would not get on the phone even though I said that I can wait.

I have been using the 9th generation 10.2 inch iPad with 64 GB for a few weeks and I am very impressed. The display is sharp and bright which makes reading, streaming, and browsing a real pleasure. I also like that it supports the Apple Pencil first generation which is perfect for taking notes and drawing. The 64 GB of storage is enough for my apps, photos, and a small library of videos but if you plan to store a lot of media you might want more. It is light and portable so I can carry it around the house or take it to work without feeling weighed down. The speakers are surprisingly loud and clear for such a thin device. Overall this iPad is a solid option for anyone looking for an affordable, reliable, and versatile tablet. This was a gift for my 5 year old for Christmas, an upgrade from the 7th gen that I passed down to my 3yo. The glass has already broke 3 times. We had the seventh gen since my daughter was 1- that glass only broke once! It’s crazy cause you think the newer products are better quality but I’m finding out the hard way that’s not always true. Thank God for apple care! Had I known the glass was *weaker and I would have gotten the brand new 10th gen after spending more money to repair this 9th gen iPad.
