I bought this iPad after retiring my ancient iPad Air 1st gen. I love that this one has the same form factor but a faster processor and more space. If you want the best bang for your buck, definitely get this one. I’m using it mainly for textbooks and it’s working great so far. I intend to keep it for many years!

Honestly, if you can get this iPad for $200, I highly recommend it. It is a great iPad with a great screen, fast (enough) processor, and the latest software support. Though it’s not top of the line, it’s great for anyone who wants to watch movies, play games, and browse the web. This iPad is especially good for kids. And for the $200 price, you can’t beat it!

I bought this for my 8 year old grandson as and upgrade from a kindle fire 8 tablet and so far we love it the color is better the size is bigger it ms easy for him to use battery last a long time too

This a great tablet. I was lucky enough to get it at a great price when it was on sale for 249. I paired it with the logitech keyboard and have myself little, portable laptop. Great job Apple and Best Buy.

I was looking for a newer updated version of the iPad that had the center bottom button so my elderly mom (89 y/o) could use it to color by numbers, puzzles and play dominos and much more. They worked AWESOME and she loves spending countless hours playing with it. So happy with this purchase!!

Not the latest but my daughter says this works better and she absolutely loves it. Great storage and user friendly. The size is also a great plus.

Really like the speed and battery life compared to tablets of similar price. Is also compatible with a pen, unlike some tablets at its price range. Only con in my opinion is the camera, but I've been spoiled by Samsung's higher-end phone cameras so the competition is unfair. I wanted the tablet for reading articles and books, drawing/note-taking, and streaming. For those purposes, I felt this was a great purchase.

Use this everyday for work and love it, the speed and graphics are next level.

Most people want a M4 iPad but only 1% of iPad users can actually use its functionality. Buy this or the 10th gen now, and if you think you need Apple Intelligence features, sell this and buy the 11th gen iPad when it drops later this year or next year. It will still be cheaper than buying an iPad Air. If you want your first iPad this or the 10th gen are the one to get. They will last you until 2029 or 2030. If you are a kid in school, this iPad is perfect for you. I use these for work and they are great. It works, it looks good, it’s good to watch movies, the Apple Pencil works great. Drawing is great on it. I use it for work which requires using the iPad and using the Apple Pencil for about 4 plus hours daily. I watch YouTube on it when using for fun and work how to videos. Probably the best performing iPad for 95% of users. Who is this iPad or the 10th gen is for Students People who already have a Apple laptop People buying first iPad Artists light hobbyists (30 layers using Procreate) Someone smart and savvy with their budget Parents, Grand parents, Siblings Who other iPads are for they for iPad 9th gen or 10th gen - 95% of users - and people who don’t have a MacBook. iPad Air 4% of users, college students or some HS students. We purchased for our daughter and she loves it. Hasn’t given us any problems at all. Screen is a good size as well to watch videos. Has more then Enough space for apps. Speed on it is good as well as storage. We haven’t had any problems with iPad ate daughter is happy with her iPad.

My first iPad purchase since 2017 and man, it's pretty amazing! This is for my 3 year old toddler for when we go on road trips, planes, etc. Very powerful, thin, sleek, and excellent battery life. Also, these seem to have dropped in cost since then (unlike other apple products). Highly recommended and dont forget to buy a protective case

Excellent iPad! The most affordable, and really, does all you need. Artists or other professionals might want more. But with our iCloud account, I just bought the smallest memory possible, and no cell antenna. Everyone loves this.

Exactly what I needed for streaming music and videos. 64GB is perfect if you don't plan on storing too much, and do mostly streaming. The screen looks great for movies and shows. Runs very smooth when running standard apps.

Great price and super-fast shipping! Highly recommend Best Buy for any of your electronic needs. My kids love these Ipads! We were between the 9th and 10th gen Ipads, ended up going with the 9th gen because the price was excellent and the differences between the 9th and 10th gen wasn't much.
