This is possibly the best bang for the buck if you want a table for media consumption. This is not the most powerful iPad - this is far from it but for the price, you get a very fast (A12 processor), smooth interface and beautiful screen iPad. You also get apps that just work for the iPad - vastly superior to the Google app store where a lot of apps do not have a tablet version. This is the tablet to get for anyone looking for an excellent affordable tablet. Perfect for grandparents or young kids. The fact that this still has a lightning port is actually a plus as you don't need to change to the new USB-C cables like in the new iPad Air or iPad Pros.

This is the third iPad I have bought for my wife. She only uses them lightly (like facetime and gaming and surfing) but she has enjoyed them. I like the convenience of taking them on trips to augment the navigation of the vehicle; it is nice to search for a Starbuck's without disturbing the GPS route. I checked all the options (PRO, Air, and regular) and for our money the least option is the best. Still has a great display and is fast enough and doesn't need tons of memory. Apple products aren't really earth-shatteringly innovative anymore, but the do incrementally improve on what is already a very good quality product.

ive wanted an ipad just for relaxing and watching my favorite shows and surfing the web and this ipad is perfect. works flawlessly and battery lasts so long! the best part about it is the price. my son has my old one and its the generation prior to this one and it still works great, so this one will serve me perfectly for a long time.

I like my Apple 10.2-Inch iPad (9th Generation) very much, it is very user friendly. It is like having a small computer in your hand to use anywhere without having to carry a little heaver laptop. I use it for paying my bills, checking emails, Safari search, games, music and many more things. The screen quality is great. It's a great iPad and I got it on sale. Plus it is a status symbol to have Apple products in your hand. I recommend this iPad.

Upgraded from 6th Gen that was starting to decline in performance along with lack of memory to do the IOS updates. This one is much better. Traded the old one and glad I did. I just didn’t like being upsold to the current model that was quite a bit more money and I could not justify it based on my uses.

Bought this for my granddaughter who just wanted a basic IPad for school. The memory is a bit low but she doesn't do much in the way of saving photos or documents so this was sufficient and the prices was right in her budget.

Very fast and responsive. I updated from an older iPad and couldn’t be happier. The screen is larger and overall the performance is much improved.

First of all I want to thank Best Buy for great discount and ease to take the product at a nearby store. It was very convenient for me. I’m working with complex sales and it’s better to show a presentation by iPad than printed. I notice it’s more professional and I can update my presentation anytime I want to. This device is reliable, fast, beautiful and I have nothing to complain.

This iPad is an excellent choice and reasonably priced. I had the original iPad Air (many years old), and this is similar in size and weight. It's a great upgrade!

This 9th generation iPad was a great purchase for our highschooler. Got it on sale, and it didn't break the bank. She is happy with it, and it is meeting all her needs. So far it has only been a few weeks, but battery is great. This was much easier then buying a laptop and easier to take places. We needed it mainly for college apps, and creating videos and such for sports recruitment.
