Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the apple ipad was fine but was not what would work for me with job billing on site. the problem is that best buy has a 14 day return. you can buy this at amazon, Verizon, etc. with a min 30 + days. this is the second product that ive had this problem with. best buy had always been my go to for cell phones. this policy is terrible.

Still not as nice as the IPAD Pro I had before this IPad. Of course, it was not as expensive as the IPad Pro which was the driving factor for my choice!

Apple told us it was considered a “classic” and they no longer support them. So our only option was to buy a new iPad. This one was sufficient for my wife’s use

I’ll have to learn the software of this device because we’ve had numerous updates but we never us it to read books. I’m old & learning new isn’t in my vocabulary anymore. So I purchased something I’ll never use. I should sell it on eBay.

The last ipad I bought is junk this one is my husbands it works better the longer you have it the more trouble you have when you have to keep downloading updates, battery will run down easily and it will lock up.
