I called CS and they said they could not help with the issue. I bought this for work and so far only wasted my money.

Useful but expensive

Local store scanned in the online order as if it were a store inventory. Snotty young male supposed supervisor made the originally intended simple curbside pickup into a nightmare of ONE HOUR idiotic transactions.

Great little iPad.
