BBY Service Is Awful - Poor C/S

It wasn’t described as NOT being 5g compatible so I presumed it was. I spoke to T-Mobile a few times to identify the problem when they informed me the 9th gen is not 5g. I scrambled to return it within the 2 week return period and bought a 10th gen from Amazon. I was charged a $30 return fee. Done with BBY for ever!!!
