    Beware about buying open box items for delivery. Mine came locked to the previous owner and you cannot return the device to the store. Instead you have to wait to ship it back which takes much longer.

    Better off buy the expensive model It’s nice and all but I can really tell the difference between mine and my friends iPad Pro Shouldn’t saved on it and now I will probably trade in mine pretty soon

    Defected ipad ,end up returned 2 days after i got it from best buy ,i was having software issues, frozen screen. Not responding buttons. Garbage

    Apple won’t allow you to text anyone that doesn’t have apple. The technology won’t allow it. I won’t lie, switching my phone and my daughters tablet to apple products has turned out to be a very big disadvantage and I highly regret it.
