It is fast and easy to sync with I phone and printer. I can use it when there's no internet because of the hot spot connectivity. I love that feature!

This iPad was amazingly easy to set up and connect. I anticipated going to my local carrier for assistance in setting up, but I did it all myself in just a few easy clicks. Everything transferred and I was all set to start using it. Though it was not in stock at the local store, it was ordered by store personnel and arrived at the appointed time.

Wish the new 2nd gen Apple Pencil worked on it but it doesn’t. Still a great iPad and great for the kids or myself when wanting to game or watch movies. Worth it

My Best Buy was my BEST BUY!!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good price and best trade in value on my old iPad - the only issue i had was they told me i would get a credit on my BB CC for the trade in and because i had then new iPad delivered to my house so we could transfer the data from old to new and then took the old one into the store I only got a gift card for the trade in - which i suppose is fine, but don't really need anything right now at BB

I am not happy with Best Buy for not telling me to make an appointment to get the data plan switched from my old ipad to my new one. Since I ordered it through the store, I would have liked a heads up that I needed an appointment. I would have made an appointment before going out of my way to the store.
