    Instead I received a 32 GB iPad which is WAYYYYY OFF on storage space difference. Yet charged as if I got what I ordered. No one is available to talk to for remedying the situation and they are putting a timer on how long I have to exchange it which is all just very irritating to say the least! I haven’t ordered from Best Buy very often but they are not making me want to continue! this was supposed to be a gift from my father which is now ruined.

    They do not allow to return or upgrade an Apple electronic if you buy before Christmas. Don't be confuse with their holiday return extension. I bought early to make sure I would get the item for a Xmas gift, then wanted to upgrade and was denied since they did not accept return or exchanges 14 days from date bought. Don't buy until after the holidays, plus it was cheaper then. Not a good policy. Not custumer friendly at all.

    Little did I know that it was a 3rd generation iPad that I purchased, honestly I am not enjoy it on 4G network.
